MITKAT REPORT
The students of 2nd year’s Masters of international students on 4th December 2019, had an interactive session with the officials from MITKAT, a risk analysing agency. Dr Stefy Joseph and Dr. Anurag Tripathi marked their presence during the session by welcoming the dignitaries and introducing them to the class. The students were made aware of the nuances of MITKAT’s portfolio and the methodology of their operations. The officials threw light upon the various aspects of risk analysis and introduced the corporate sense of professionalism required for risk analysis. They enlightened the students regarding the nature of the work and the sense of professional outlook from their prospective candidates. They spoke at length regarding their branch offices and the area of work undertaken under various branches. They also disclosed opportunities regarding internships and pre-placement offers, which was a guidance for students towards the wide range of opportunities available. The session followed with a Q & A session, wherein the students were able to make clarifications regarding internships and their application procedures. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Anushua Banerjee, followed by felicitation of the dignitaries by Dr. Anurag Tripathi.
